Klock Werks at Bonneville Salt Flats

Tuesday, October 28th, 2008

Hi everyone just got back from the Salt Flats in Bonneville, Utah, with the amazing crew from Klock Werks Kustom Motorcycles of Mitchell, S.D. We spent a week on the salt with the crew shooting everything from team photos to promotional pieces for their business. We even managed to shoot a senior picture for Erica that we didn’t get done during her sitting with us in South Dakota.

The teams of four ladies, all from Mitchell, are: Laura Klock, Karlee and Erika Cobb (Brian and Laura’s daughters) and Michelle Mielke (husband, Joe, works for Klock Werks). The girls all set land-speed records with the American Motorcycle Association during their time in Utah. Way to go girls! South Dakota can be really proud of all of these ladies.

It was an amazing experience to say the least for me. Those of you who know me know that I’m use to having my horse-power with four legs, a mane and a tail, and require a saddle and bridle to ride, instead of two wheels and an engine. Truth be told I think I might be a convert of sort. No mom, don’t worry - no plans to buy a motorcycle, yet. Maybe a sick looking muscle car instead.

Thanks again Brian and Laura for taking me along. To see additional photos and learn more about our new friends at Klock Werks go to www.Kustomcycles.com or www.Kustombaggers.com
